Batida Piñacoco

  • 6 cl Cachaça – Leblon
  • 20 cl Pineapple juice ( bottled + fresh pineapple juice )
  • 10 cl Crème de coco – Kara
  • 10 cl Lait concentré – Régilait

Pass everything to the blender with some ice. According to your tastes, since the coconut cream and fresh pineapple are somewhat astringent, and since the milk is sugar free, adjust by increasing the proportion of bottled pineapple juice (sweeter than fresh natural one). Or use Coco Lopez in small proportion.
