A mix between Jason Fendick (2002) and Dominic Venegas (2007) recipes for the “Gypsy”.
Name inspired by Mikhael Paskalev’s song “Jive Babe”.
- 4 cl Gin – La Grappe de Montpellier
- 1 cl Saint Germain
- 2 cl Izarra Verte
- 0,5 cl Syrop de Basilic by éloïde
- 4 cl White grapes
- Garnish with dried grapes, rosemary twig and thyme sprig ( burn and drop small piece of each in the shaker )
