Silver Marshal

Mix between Andy London’s “Silver Pineapple” recipe and Ed Belshaw’s “Field Marshal”.

• 3 cl Rum – Charrette Le Vanillé
• 2,5 cl Sauvignon Pays d’Oc
• 1 cl lime
• 1 cl cane syrup – La Belle Canne
• muddle through : 6 mint leaves + fresh pineapple pieces + a tiny pinch of powdered celery
