The drink that popularized the straw and the crushed ice.
- 8 cl Sherry Amontillado Contrabandista (Valdespino)
- crush mint, orange, peach and Sherry + 1 barspoon of white sugar
- add blueberries to the bottom of the glass
- crushed ice
- add a few slices of strawberries
- pour in the filtered sherry mixture
- add a shovel of crushed ice
- garnish with fruit escalation (mint, apricot, peach, orange, strawberry)
