- 3,5 cl Banks 5 Island Blend
- 1,5 cl Ceylon Arrack
- 4 pineapple chunks
- 1,5 cl Bergamotto – Quaglia
- 0,75 cl homemade sugar syrup with coconut blossom and palm sugars + smoked paprika (Pimentón de la Vera) and Sumac
- garnish with Peanut Crisps PSP and pineapple
